so I've been watching

The Wedding Channel and they air a lot of the old seasons of all their hit shows. Yesterday I stumbled upon the 1st season of Bridezillas and couldn't help but wondering where, when and how this show became what it is today - a biotch fast!
The show has started as an almost sociological study of women who once they get engaged get into the wedding war mode: they know what they want, unafraid to ask for it and willing to spend to get it. All of the women are actually nice, just demanding, nothing like what they show on current seasons.
The show was actually interesting, it showed the real process of planning a wedding, the paying for it all part, the jitters, the gazillion errands and things to keep in mind. Was kind of actually informative
So my question is, when did it all go to the crappers??? It as if two different shows just share the same name.... Does anyone else share my bafflement?

Yeah, people put on a show to get on there. I mean, they can't really be that bitchy, can they? Well, anything is possible. I don't enjoy watching it anymore.
On a side note: I saw this new show on VH1 called 'My Antonio'. Antonio Sabato, Jr. is looking for love
They have all these girls on there with big, fake boobs who are obviously sooooo wrong for him LOL. Damn, where was this show before I was engaged, lol.....he's always been my fav!!!

yeah i used to like watching the show but now its so over the top and fake that i can't stand it....its all brides who just act crazy to get their 15 minutes of fame

is it fake now? I so hope so! whenever I watch it, FH gets so upset that these women treat everyone so horribly, and I always tell him that this is fake reality.

also, I dont think these girls are bridezillas. I just think they are everyday b!tchy girls who are engaged and have a new thing to be total psychos over

i guess thats the only thing i miss for having fios
but i remember the earlier seasons of bridezilla and they were so diff.
