so i've gained 5 lbs...

does that mean i can't eat cupcake today????

i gained 2.2 pounds since yesterday and i didn't even eat dinner last night!!! (i was busy and didn't have any time to eat until like 10pm ... i had a handful of multigrain chips)

no cupcake for me either, it would appear

I went back to my ww lifestyle mon and have not yet lost anything!! No crumbs for me tonight.. lol

However I did factor in a glass of wine or two!
