When I lost a ton of weight years ago, I did it by eating the then, 'Weight Watcher ' frozen turkey dinners, for one meal, and Louis Rich turkey dogs for another meal. Louis Rich are now Oscar Mayer turkey dogs. So, I haven't seen the same Weight Watchers aka Smart Ones, in the turkey dinner I use to get, but, Lean Cuisine does have a delicious turkey dinner, with turkey, mashed pot., stuffing, and grren beans. So, I'm gonna TRY AGAIN to lose weight. I'm currently 163. Mary MOB

PS Just for fun.... here's what I looked like about 10 yrs. ago, after I lost weight because I was diagnosed with diabetes. I was about 125lbs. Same goofy glasses, and crooked teeth. I like how my clothes fit when I lose, but as you can see, weight loss doesn't do much for my looks, which is probably why I don't rush to lose weight. But, I know it will help my health, so.......

wow thats great... i try to lose weight.. but if i look at food i gain weight.. lol

Hi Mary, I love the Weight Watcher's Smart Ones frozen dinner and I think I'm going to start doing that too. They have some really good ones for dinner then you can add a salad or another veggie and really make it a healthy meal.
