He turned to me and said,'what? Was i demoted?'

Lol. Btw he tells everyone i'm his wife. Oops.

oh i've done that - it's a weird and quick adkjustment. one day he's the bf, and the next he's the fiance... yea... took me a while to get comfortable saying the F word
