So last night during dinner...

For those of you who don't know, I'm not engaged yet but...
My boyfriend out of the blue asks what I'm doing August 25th. We're going camping with some friends then, so that's what I replied. He didn't say anything afterwards but 'oh okay'. I asked him why several times but he was pretending he didn't hear me. Our 2 year anniversary is on the 27th....was he trying to be sly and plan something 2 days before? But then why ask me what I'm doing then? I don't know...it seems about the right amount of time if my ring is getting made...I'm so bad. I want to be surprised but I keep trying to figure it out. I even checked his phone to see if there have been any calls to the jeweler! L Bad girl, bad girl! He just doesn't strike me as the type to do it in front of people........I don't know........

my FH never seemed like the type to do it in front of others but he did...in a restaurant you just never know...if he wants to really surprise maybe he will do something so out of character...keep us posted

I do agree that its better to be surprised...i always say that i will never ever again be that surprised...

don't pry too much! I picked my ring out. It was made it was ready in Oct. meaning FH had it in possession then. I kept asking when? 'cause I wanted it yesterday. When Thanksgiving came & went & we still weren't engaged I was So I dodn't talk about it anymore. Well he asked 12/16 a few weeks after

I am guilty of peeking for the Engagement ring, but trust me he knows how you are and will find a way to surprise you.
