We were supposed to move on Dec 15th Now we might not move until Jan 7th!!!!!!!!!! I can't stand this!!!!!!!
It keeps getting pushed up. Sorry I needed to vent ladies!!

i think it is failry common for this to happen....and incredibly frustrating!!!! we found our co-op in november of last year, interviewed with the co-op board in early december.....and then didn't get to move in until march because of paperwork, and the seller's having issues.....

it happened to us too...the contract said we were supposed to close on june 15th and we didn't until the very end of july.
