So the GM got back to us after FH yelled at them for selling half of our reserved room block (that we reserved on a credit card!). They are offering us practically nothing as compensation for their mistake..im so mad, upset, and annoyed.
I cant believe this...so ridiculous!!

You should definitely go further with them! You signed a contract and they need to uphold it. I'm sure if you didn't make the minimum number of rooms they wouldn't just say 'oops' and let it go. Definitely pursue it further and contact a lawyer if need be.
