I spent all day yesterday working on a project and stupid me forgot to save my work on excell. Now I need to do it all over again today. I am so frickin mad at myself!!!!!!!

Awww, did you check in your temporary files? It might have saved on it's own as a backup. Sorry that happened to you though.
