So mad with my RH

So my BM calls me two weeks ago to set up a meeting for today. She doesn't tell me what it is for or anything. When I get there she wants all of my vendor information and phone numbers which I didn't have on me. If she would have said she needed the information I would have come prepared.

Then she says oh we are picking out the menu right now. I said well I didn't know we were doing that today and if you would have told me I would have looked everything over before hand and had it all picked out. Instead she made us pick everything out on the spot and I felt completely rushed. Then she made us pick out our cake and even though the cake 'is included' everything was extra. There was one cake I liked and she wanted $350 just for the ribbon that was on the cake

So this is the best part. We were discussing my reception room and she says oh the one to the right. I told her no we booked the room to the left and when we booked we were only shown the room to the left. Well apparently they switched our room without even bothering to tell us! I asked well can I see the new room and she said no we have a party in there right now but next time maybe as long as we don't book something in between now and then. Well I said it would be nice considering I am paying all of this money to be able to see my room before the wedding so she shows me on a DVD

This has to be a joke. I am so mad and frustrated right now we want to cancel our wedding there.

that is a real big thing for them to book you in a room other than the one you wanted and not tell you W** is up with that.

Yeah i am having a bit of a problem too and annoyed about something. I hope you do get the room you want though

all those details should be stated on your contract i know mine says the name of my room on it! if its in writing, you can def fight it! if not, that really sux... just 1 of lifes many lessons still doesnt excuse their behavior though!

Look at your contract. The room you booked should be on it and then they will HAVE to honor it.

i was just going to say this. that sounds like BS to me...check the contract and next time you call you should ask to speak with the OWNER. i'd be very upset i if i were you and you should let them know it.

I live in queens but shop in LI, lol. I really wish I knew it was you because I was buying puppy stuff and could have used help! I bought a harness for Ollie that is triple the size of her

def check you contract- mine states the room I have for my reception!!!

You should check your contract to see if it says a specific room on it. If it does, then they have to give you that room or they are breech of contract.

Im sorry you have to deal with this all less than a month away. But it will all be fine in the end!!
