For the card box, a bird cage will probably be easier. I am just changing the ribbon on mine (I got it from someone else)

I voted against programs. No one is going to care.

Do favor cards through Vistaprint- it'll be easy and cheap (and you don't have to fuss over it)

double check with the website forthemodernbride because sometimes they get really backed up and may not be able to complete your order on time.
however, i thought it was a huge waste, IMO, to spend so much money on a card box that will go straight in the trash, so i just got a much cheaper one from Michaels.
