because my mom wants to wear periwinkle all of a sudden. she's very fair skinned, with dark hair and green eyes, i said she'd look better in a dark green or another rich color, and because a lighter color would wash her out, i said she cant wear periwinkle. when i told this to my cousin, she promptly told me i was being a bit of a bridezilla. then she offered to go dress shopping with me when the time came, and considering she's an F.I.T. grad, i'll take all the help i can. but come on, asking my mom not to wear a certain color makes me a bridezilla?!

Honestly, I don't think that's bridezilla-ish, I guess I was a bridezilla before I even met FH then..you just want your mom to look her best..and from what you described, a rich color would definitely look best on her

Totally not a Bridezilla, now if your mom already bought the dress and then you screamed in her face like a little two year old then you'd be bridezilla. One of these days I wish one of those moms would just put one of those brides in timeout or just break out the belt!

dont feel bad. this weekend my mom, sister & FH all called me a bridezilla at different times never knowing that the other had or was going to say it. then my mom told me that i need to go soul searching
