My RSVP date was Sunday and I have about 25 responses that I did not get back. FI called 3 people so far. I think alot of mine got lost in the mail because it happened alot to me.

Just got off the phone with 'one of them' she said' Oh, when is the response due?' I said 'TODAY' she said ' I was just looking at your invite the other day, of course I'm coming'

If it makes you feel better, I'm pretty sure I will have more than 10 calls to make. My family is notorious for 'forgetting' to send the RSVP card back even though they plan on coming. From what one of our friends who got married last year said, our friends aren't too hot at it either.

Yeah , its still rude, but it could be worse. Wait a few days, a lot fo people mail it the day it is due.

I got married a month and a half ago and I'm still waiting for responses (yes, even some people we called - more than once - still did not give us a straight answer). They didn't show up so I guess they were a no.

I feel your pain, I haven't had the energy to count how many haven't been sent in. After the weekend I am going to make my mom call since it's mostly my stupid family that hasn't sent them in. I even did save the dates 9 months ago. Don't you think by the time you got the invites you would know if you were coming or not. *** is wrong with people??????

when i read stuff like this i am SO thinking about NOT putting a stamp on the inner envelope. Why waste money IF THEY CANT EVEN MAIL IT ON TIME????????
