this may sound so fudged up - but what was your 'generic' thank you note?
i am totally stressing about these thank yous. i am still overwhlemed by the generosity of so many people - i feel like i cant write something appropriate.

Victor and I were so happy to have you with us on our wedding day. You were such a fun guest, you danced all night! Your gift was truly generous, thank you so much. We put it to good use on our honeymoon in Italy.
