Aww... I'm so sorry. That's the worst feeling in the world... Maybe if it truly is a scheduling conflict (especially if he's in another country), you could have a small get together afterwards with all of these friends who can't make it and it will be like a second 'little' wedding...

I'm sorry babes, I know that its stinks but try not to let it get you down........If it makes you feel any better, my parents that I live with told me that they are not sure if they can come to our wedding because it's at night ....cheer up!
