So now I know when my shower is!

I just got an e-mail from a friend of mine who is out of the country. She was saying how she is coming home in April and that she should be able to make the wedding but probably not the shower because her sister is getting married that day, June 11!!! She just came right out and said it! I'm not mad, just a little disappointed that I know. Also a relative over the weekend said to my mom as she was leaving, see you in June.

Oh well, now I can splurge on one good dress instead of buying a few just in case. So now I'll definitely look nice.

Well I think sometimes it is better to know now you know to get a pretty dress See it all worked out!

Don't feel so bad, my soon to be husbands best friends wife called me to tell me she got the invitation in the mail. Then to top it all off after she told me she rsvp right away. And then Never showed up.... Mean while my sister and my friends were avoiding me so that they wouldn't slip. And I knew the whole time anyway.

She probably didnt even realize what she did! Im sorry she spoiled the surprise!

oh that soo sux, i know how you feel though.... someone did the same to me recently...i'm pretty disappointed...I really wanted to be surprised too.

I think My FSIL almost slipped. SHe was like the wedding in in Long Island right ? and the RD in in StatenIsland? but where is ?? then she stopped herself and said oh forget it!
