I dropped off my TWOTY dress at the tailor last friday and they ASSURED ME it'd be ready by today. My ticket says Fri 5pm. I asked them several times 'you promise it'll be done on friday?'

I left work early even though they close at 7pm. I got there a few minutes before 5.

CLOSED. CLOSEDDDD!!! From the 6 inches of snow, i'm presuming?? NO phone call?

effin irresponsible. First and last time I'm going there. The only reason I picked that place is because they do wedding gowns and I wanted to test their services before I used them.

HELL NOOOO, no way am I using them now.

FH took me to two stores and I bought a dress but it's not what I wanted and you know how annoying that is

How can they run a business like that. Thy knew the day before it was going to snow that could have called. But luckily you got a dress but that's money that shouldn't have had to be spent. See you at twoty

I know, it's not like it was a friggin blizzard. Everything was open in the whole shopping center cept these lazy bastards. And it just pisses me off because I asked them several times if it was going to be done. And it's a friday, I'm sure lots of people need their dry cleaning before the weekend

What??? I'd be fuming!!!!! That's totally irresponsible and I would NOT pay for the alterations, atleast demand a discount!!
