So pissed

So my Fin cat peed on my DOJ. It ruined my earring, they were clear and now my chandelier earrings are Fin blue. I paid $150 for these earring and FH tried cleaning them with the steam cleaner, but they still look blue. They are my favorite and they don't sell them at the store anymore. I am so p'od, FH says he will try to clean them with one more thing thats on the boat and if not I am 7 weeks away to find these earrings.

like the other poster suggested- take them to the store and tell them they turned blue but don't tell them why.

Oh Irene so sorry to hear! I suggest going back to the store and get your money refunded. Then go on Ebay and Overstock and see if they have your earrings. Sending you many

I heard of something borrowed something blue but that is extreme!! Can you take them back and say you didn't notice when you bought them they had a blue tint but you noticed in natural sunlight. Someone with a blue evening gown will be so grateful to you (and your cat) somewhere down the line. If you can't return them sell them on ebay and try to find something similiar.

So maybe a blonde thing here...and I am really sorry your cat ruined your earrings....however...i read this last night and for the life of me I couldn't figure out what a fin cat was. (now think fin as in the thing on a fish)...and then i'm like wow what color is fin blue, never heard of that, but i'll go windex color

So today I opened it up and realized that it's not the type of the cat, but that it is your F-ing cat, and that you were so pissed you just put the f word before it all. Hopefully this will add a bit of a brighter moment to the crappy situation!!!!

ETA: glad you got to exchange them!!!

i would try to take them back but if they wont take them back take them to a jewler and as him to replace the stones, they have fake stones they can put it..Good luck! Sorry this happened.
