So pissed about the waiting time for proofs!

I am so annoyed - when I booked my photographer they told me 6 weeks for proofs. I know that is a long time but I liked them so I just figured I'd wait. Now they are saying it will be 8-9 weeks because one of their machines broke and they lost a week. I am so pissed off!!!!

On top of that, they tell me my video will be 12 weeks. For the money I spent they should have had it delivered to my door the day I got home from Hawaii!!!

Sorry just had to vent!

They should do OT to get the proofs to you on time. 8-9 weeks is a long time.

But for video - it took our vendor about 5 or 6 months to prepare the edited version which I think is average.

WOW _ I had my proofs and undedited video when I got back from my honeymoon and once I chose my album, it will take 3 months to make.

A few of my friends used Jovan for their wedding and waited just as long if not longer for their proofs/video and their albums took a year after their order was placed - however, rest assured that their photos were GORGEOUS!

Meredith - you'll LOVE your pix. I promise! I know the waiting stinks but it wil be WELL worth it in the end!

Oh and the video is AMAZING!!!! Trust me when I tell you this!!!!

I know a few people who used jovon and waited a VERY long time for not only proofs but their albums as well

I know it must be frustrating when you want to see your pics and can't!
