So today i found out from my aunt that a bunch of stuff from my BBB registry is now discontinued, my bedding, luggage, and a bunch of other stuff she tried to buy. (i am assuming my shower is getting close)... and i didn't get any notification whatsoever!!!! did any of you who registered through BBB get notified when items were discontinued? I had to go and select everything new now because half my stuff was discontinued and i didn't know it!! arrrghh

I know!! So annoying. This happened with a few things I had on my registry and they never let me know.

They did not notify me either...my food processor got discontinued along with some other things. Basically what I did is I went down to the store, had them print the registry and everything that had 'See Associate' under availability I made them check to see if it was discontinued....then I re-registered for the things that were.
It was a PITA but at least now I know that I will be getting the things I want.

yes that happened to me with a few things and my sister in law had to tell me!!! She asked someone at bbb why they havent notified me and they said they didnt get arnd to it!!!

at least you got emails! i didn't get anything at all! i registered a while ago though like last year... but an email notification would have been nice.

that has happened to me a number of times from BBB. They never notified me about anything being discontinued. I have had to switch my everyday dinner plates and bedding 2 times because they discontinued the items..

Could I ask a dumb question, how do you know they discontinued something? Wait until someone tells you?
I keep finding that my quanity of things keep changing - not by me.
