So Proud of Myself

I have been working out for 40-60 minutes for 3 weeks now - ive been keeping track of what days and what i've done

I have exercised 15 out of the last 20 days!!!

thanks - i have a wedding to go to in august, my cousin's in september and my first fitting in october (possibly late sept) so i want to be prepared!!!

I also got the Buff Brides DVD - It's awesome!

congrats!!!! so proud of you! I really wish i culd be motivated. The days go by so fast that I honestly can not find even a min of just me alone time.
