So Ready

I am so ready to go home......really don't feel like being at work today......6 1/2 more hours til I am on the train home......

Anyone else feel this way?

i know how you feel, i have 5 1/2 hrs and 1 hour commute, probably longer with this weather...then gotta get home get ready and go right back out

I feel your pain. I have 5 hours (if I'm lucky) and the worse thing is I can't get anything done the power keeps going off in my office!!!!!

Where are you going once you get home?
Once I get home I am staying in for the night. FH is going to cook dinner and then we are going to watch a movie.....low key V-Day this year, but I it will be nice

I wish I didn't come to work today. Did anyone notice that the streets in the city are actually worse than LI? Slippery out there!

I hope the LIRR does not have any long delays tonight.

I'm SO with you, I takethe LIRR in from Kew Gardens and walk to Gramercy Park from Penn everyday... My boot broke I think from all the salt (they 2 yrs old) and now there is this annoying rattling noise in my heel when I walk, its embarrassing, AND I have hat hair

Fh made reservations at this restaurant, its the restaurant we went to when he asked me out, he did it in the parking lot right after dinner, and I LOOOVE the food but ahhh the portions are so huge

Yeah the streets/sidewalks are definately worse here in the city than on the island. I had to walk very slow so I didn't slip and slide when walking to work this morning. I think it's all the slush that makes it's so bad and no one cleans it up.

I also hope there are no delays on the train tonight either. That is the last thing any of us girls want today.

Usually the 8:47, but sometimes the one before when i feel like a stellar employee I think it's the 8:23?

and at night, forget it, I take sooo many different ones bcus you never know when you need to stay in the city for that ONE happy hour drink...

We are in Forest Hills alot as well!

oh ok i take either the 7:41am or the 8:10 train, but i have take the 8:23 train a couple of times lol.

Going home i usually take the 5:38pm train out of penn, if im lucky i will make the 5:04 train, but doesnt happen often
