SO Rude . . . .
I met with Linen Creations several months ago because I am interested in chair sashes for my wedding. We weren't too thrilled with their storefront or their organization, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had recently moved to a new location. Their place was a mess and I had spent several months trying to contact them and getting them to return my calls, which they never did.
I called them up today to try to negotiate the price down and the woman I spoke to was SO RUDE to me. She talked down to me as if she couldn't imagine why anyone would try to negotiate prices down on something that probably has a 200% markup. I even told her about places where I had gotten cheaper quotes and they refused to bring the price down. I was really offended with how rude she was to me, she made me feel so insignificant. Nasty!!!!
We decided to go with Donna at Table Wear NY for our chair sashes. She knocked off a fee for us and she was more than accomodating and organized. She really made us feel like we were valued customers.
