aWHHH I am so sorry to hear that!!! I got tears in my eyes just reading your post.

I am so sorry you lost your favorite pet. When I lost my cat, I sat on the bathroom floor and balled my eyes out. Cats have this special way of entering our lives and warming our hearts, that is much more particular than dogs do. I love my pug, but Tiger Morris will always have a place in my heart, like your cat will.

I'm so sorry to hear that sweetie, one of my dogs I had for thirteen years passed away four days before christmas. Its hard not to get upset over a pet dying, she was apart of your family. Your cat is now in pet heaven and no longer suffering.

Rainbow Bridge
Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Awwwwwwwwww...that is VERY sad, I am SO sorry for your loss.

I have a dog and I can't picture my life without him, I would be devestated. I can't imagine what you're going through right now but my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family

I am so sorry! My cat passed away last summer..she was 17 and sick as well. It really is terrible losing a loved one!

I'm so sorry for your loss!!!! Just relish in the fact that she lived a good life with a loving family and that you were able to enjoy your time with her.

I also lost my cat this summer, he was almost 19 and I'm still very upset about it
Pets become members of our family and I think a lot of people downplay it when a pet dies, but I think we go through the same grieving process as we would if we lost a family member. If you ever need to talk you can FM me!
