Tue we went to get a new car and my honey called his mom and was like do you have any of the money you owe me and she was like well i guess...Then an hr later she called him and was like o btw sandy let emily cry in her room for an hr today your uncle who lives down stairs called me this morning..(yet they work together and she didnt tell him).Yet that is a lie....
So he got all stressed and we broke up..Well wed night we got together and talked and are trying to work things out yet his mother doesnt want me around my children..So I took a parenting class and I passed with flying colors Yet I'm not suppose to be living in the house(yet I am) b/c she doesnt want me here with the kids..But I have been living here since I was 17..So she cant leagally make me leave.
So the boyfriend says that he doughts that we are getting married next year.

She has no legal clain to your children whatsoever unless you prove yourself unfit and social servies removes them from your custody. At that point, she'd have to go to family court and sue for custody.
Tell her that I said to stuff it.
Is there a way that you could move out of her house? This doesn't seem like the best place for you to be right tnow.
