I went for a hair trial today and I hate it. My bridesmaids also got their hair done and hated it as well. I am having a terrible time finding a salon to do hair and make up on my Sunday, July 4th wedding.
AND if there is a salon, they want to charge a fortune, which my maids don't want to pay and I don't blame them...
I just don't want to look like Shirley Temple... is that so wrong!!!

Babylon Hair Salon...not fancy at all but I heard good things and they are really cheap...well you get what you pay for.
They only want to charge $40 the day of the wedding...yes, I know, unheard of.

I am being stubborn and didn't want the person to come to me because there are 9 girls and didn't want all the hairspray in my kitchen. BUT it looks like I may not have a choice.

I'm making my girls take care of themselves. I don't want everyone at my house and I definitely don't want to go somewhere. Can't they just do their own thing or you can have a few with you?

LOL...I feel bad. I am the opposite of all brides. I have taken care of the girls, gave them very sexy dresses, bought all the accessories and am now trying to find a hair salon that is affordable...someone please smack me.

I don't think that not getting your hair done together means that you're not taking care of them. Personally, I prefer going to my own hairstylist rather than getting it done with a bunch of other girls when I'm in a bridal party. I've always done my own thing in the past.

ITA! Whenever i've been a BM i've always went to my own hair stylist and preferred it that way. I am anal with my hair and would probably have a heart attack if someone told me who to go to for my hair. Plus I think it'll probably be easier for u to have someone come to you and have the girls go to their own people. Try Roseanna Amador she's amazing.

You should try The Makeup Studio in Babylon Village. Speak with Donna, she owns the place and she does the day of makeup but they also do hair there

I agree also. The one time I was forced to use the person the bride picked, I had a bad experience.
