Our eparyt is tomorrow and since FH wanted it to be casual we are having a BBQ/pool party at my sisters house (she has a great yard & pool).

Anyway, we are having about 100 people and it feels like i'm never going to finish everything. We got a company to come and do the BBQing, but we thought that it was a good idea for us to do everything else ourselves!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!!!

I feel as if not everything is gonna be done and/or i'm gonna forget something.

everything will work out, just make sure you are organized.

Plates, napkins, utensils all together!
Drinks all together (seperated by water, sodas, alcoholic) (my FSIL did this, had coolers labeled for each type of drink)

make sure you have garbages all out and where everyone can see.

Prepare all the coffee before (don't brew it, just get it ready)

maybe you can decorate tonight? or try to set up most of the things so tomorrow won't be so crazy.

listen to me I had my engagement party and I know how you feel. Im not going to tell you not to stress b/c lol you prob are going to, but dont let it get to you b/c all the stress is wirth it when your all done you see something great that you planned and eeryone will have a great time :). It will be great give us a full report
