our response date is friday and we are no where neare our minimum. we are missing 40 response cards and only have 129 yes and 41 no's. we guaranteed 185....this is so stressful!

People are always late sending them back. (SO RUDE) Can you start calling people to remind them to send them?

We went through the same thing and it was very stressful.
I would start calling/emailing people now- just as a 'gentle reminder' even though it's before the date. A lot of people simply forget and your reminder may go a long way.
Also, you might get lots of last minute RSVPs so just hang in there.
