SO STRESSED!!!!!!!!! UPDATE

i just want this to be over!!!!

now the seller is complaining that she is not or cannot pay for the extermination treatment until closing....

can u believe that!!!

she has to know that we cannot go to closing until the bank has the paperwork that the house has been treated!! we cannot do that until she PAYS FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and again now we're not going to close until MAY!!!!!

now it's gonna be 6 months!!!!!!!!!!

i thought this woman was soooo sweet and innocent but she's becoming so annoying!!!!!!!!!!

We are having a problem with termite damage repairs too. First our seller said he would take care of it then he said he can't.

Blah Blah Blah!!!!!!!!!

I don't even care anymore about the damage being fixed. Let's close already!!

okay now she's going to get the termite treatment but she will get paid at closing!! which means she has to be there. i think's it's wierd that our exterminator has to be at the closing now, but whatever it takes to close!!


so NOW.... the closing date was supposed to be 4/15 but now.... she wont be ready then, but then that last week in april her lawyer is on vacation but then the next week - the week of may 1st.. SHE PLANNED A VACATION!!!

1st of all she claims she has no money until the closing thats why the exterminator has to be at the closing and of all times to plan a vacation!!! why the $#%^ would you do it while buying and selling your house!!! what the @#$%

That s*cks! The seller sounds like a piece of work. I thought you were already in (I remember when you posted pics because you are moving to Levittown, where I grew up ) I can't believe she'd want to go on vacation- you'd think she would want to close and not have that hanging over her head while she was away.

Hey Megan...

You might want to check on if she has to pay you some form of rent for the days that she is late getting out of there. Check with your lawyer.
