Nerve Damage!!! Woohoo So I have to keep the pressure off of it for a week and take an anti-imflamatory for 10 days to prevent permanent nerve damage...

Vitamin B100 or B Complex is going to be the best overall (for circualtion). I've had nerve damage for 5 years now (3 herniated discs in my neck and 5 in my back) due to car accidents. It can get extremely uncomfortable at times with the tingling, numbness, muscle spasms, etc, etc.
definitely look into taking it
