The 30 day shred. And now I remember why I quit last time!! Hahaha. Ouch! but I do have that good post work-out high. I hope I keep up with it! I have 3 months to get those bridal arms and that hott HM body!

I finally removed the plastic cover from mine.. Woo Hoo..

I haven't used the dvd but i do own it. I need to as since I was in between sizes for my dress I decide to order the smaller one.
