I don't know how to choose!! They are both basically the same price for what we want and felt like both guys really got our vision...
other factors i have thought about are:
pedestals - recommended vendor (woodlands give us points towards adding extras for using recommended vendors)
flower michele - the fact that rich is an owner is good bc we don't really run the risk of him leaving the company before our weddign date (which is always a possibility with pedestals)...
any advice/feedback or suggestions that may help me decide? TIA

are you using any other recommneded vendors so you can get the points that way??? bec if so then maybe this will help you elminate that point...
are there any other factors you can think of? Who did you connect with more? who has gotten better reviews??

yeah i mean the points is just one factor...its not like i really need them....im just trying to come up with anything to help differentiate between the 2 place. We really got along with both guys and loved their work/ideas etc....so I really don't know who to go with.

My sister, who got married in April of 2007, used Flower Michelle. I loved them! My mom and I basically did all the work for my sister who was studying for her bar exam at the time. I forget who we worked with but she was so accommodating and lowered the price so much for us without us really begging or negotiating too much. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous and they had great ideas to make them even more special. In my sister's bridal bouquet they put pearl-like things to make it pretty. Also, for the reception tables she had half high and half low arrangements. It looked great! They also gave all the extra flower petals to be thrown outside of church. One bad thing was that they forgot to include the bouquet that the bride throws at the reception, but they brought one over immediately to us. I am definitely going to meet with them first for my flowers and see if they are still great!

I booked with Virgil. I absolutely Love him!
You have to go with who you feel is really going to work for you. If they both are pretty much neck and neck for all of the things you need from them professionally, then go to a more personal decision. Who did you have a better connection with?
Virgil was very personable with us and we all had a good time talking together (Virgil, my mother, and I) that was why he was a clear choice for us.

Well I chose Flower Michele and also had visited Pedestals. I absolutely love Flower Michele and feel very confident that they will do a great job and also felt tht they got my 'vision'. although Im working with John, Rich is so nice as well.
I can say though that I went to Pedestals and I didnt feel like the person who I met with 'got my vision' They were like all over the place...so I think this made my decision and unfortunately for them had I met with someone else, I may have chosen them.
Anyway, Im not much of a help huh, lol, sorry...I really think either choice would be great based on reviews on here and your experience with both. If I was in your position and I was deadlocked I would probally go with my house vendor so I could get the points or whatever incentive my rh offered.
Also, if you havent already, try to figure out which place if offering more flowers (a larger) centerpiece if this is something that matters to you. For me, size definately mattered.
