My mom went to Alta Moda in Merrick with her friend a few weeks ago and found a dress that she loved. My mom is really short (4'10'') and this place does custom dresses. So she brought me, my dad, and FMIL to the store yesterday to try on the sample and we all loved it. While we were there FMIL tried on samples and ended up finding a dress that she loved! And she placed an order on the spot! I was so touched that she purchased the dress without even seeking her 2 daughters approval, she asked me if I liked it (and i love it) and that was all she needed!
YAY!
My mom is wearing a rust color, and FMIL is wearing pewter. The dresses look soo nice together! I even held up an ivory dress and stood in between them and it looked so nice!
