Back in January 2008 I took the first of 3 city tests. The list finally came out. I got 91% but I am #1970 on the list. I dont know if thats a reachable number. I need to become certified soon because I am hearing that layoffs are coming and the fist to go is the provisionals. I was hoping to be under 500 on the list. I am so disappointed.
I know I took 2 other tests this year and I did well but the lists usually take 1 1/2 years to come out-by that time I might not have a job.

I feel your pain - I've taken 3 county tests. You pay the fee, wait a year, wait to get your score and even with above the 90+ you don't get it big waste of time

What suck* is that I work for the city now and I need to get certified in order to keep my job
