So i have been having trouble with this one matron of honor... (i have 3 of them!!!) anyway, she is the one that made a comment that my mother should be paying for my shower and the one that made a comment about the dress making her feel like a piece of broccoli!!! i guess cause its green anyway all things that someone that is supose to be my best friend and moh should not say.. well now is also pregnat so now she has an issue taking pics because she cant be in a dress and shoes for 10 hrs were taking pics before, anyway i find out today she told a gues at my SHOWER that she wished she was not in the wedding and would have backed out a while ago!!!! I am so hurt and mad all at the same time, and i can say anything cause the person would be blamed. i can believe she did this to me!

i dont know if its worth it anymore, she does not even show any care for me at all, and to think her wedding was last year, i live in fl and she in ny, i flew up just for the weekend to suprise her for her shower she thought i was not going to be there... and she does this!

Yup, absolutley talk to her, you never know maybe she told that particular person because she knew it would get back to you! Hope it all works out for the best!

I would tell her that since she is pregnant, she can back out if she likes-this way she won't be uncomfortable and your shower guest won't be blamed for telling you what she said.

I would be very hurt and at this point I would let a few days go by to settle myself down, then I would call her and talk to her asking her why she is doing this to you, ITS YOUR DAY NOT HERS. AND KINDLY TELL HER AT THE END OF IT ALL THAT IF SHE REALLY FEELS THIS WAY, SHE CANT OPT TO NOT BE IN THE WEDDING. It will probably be the best thing, this way she dosent do something silly at your wedding. Your deserve all the best in life and its your wedding day. See what she says and be the better person about it. It will all work out for the best in the end, its just a shame she is being so all about her. Good luck....SMILE

thanks everyone for your advise, i personally think that talking to her right now will only make more problems i dont think she would do anything stupid at the wedding but if she does not want to be a part of my day i wont allow her to mess it for me
