so upset right now

On top of serious PMS and my emotions being all out of whack, my dads anniversary is tomorrow (10 yrs).

Then FH and I got into an argument about how im trying to control his life (which im not-i have never forced him to do something he doesnt want to)and then he said you need to make a decision if you want to marry me or not.

F*Cking bullsh*T and I try to avoid drama and yet it arrives when Im not thinking reasonably.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time. It seems like emotions are high right now, so you both just need to relax and cool down for a little while until you're both rational.

Ok everyone has a bad night (especially us girls around PMS) but guys just dont get it. They think we are just being bi*!hes. SO my suggestion is go into a space where its just you. Relax breathe & tell the FH that you really love him & that at this moment you're just not in the right frame of mind & that we can discuss whatever it is he wants to discuss in the morning. Say you're sorry for having a rough night but that at times these things may happen. After all you are human.
