So we found an apartment :) , dinner party for my friends?
I am so excited b/c we get to finally move out of the in laws house! It's very nice and has a huge kitchen, which is just exactly what I wanted!
I was thinking about hosting a dinner party once we moved in, for all of our friends. Does anyone have any suggestions as what I could make???
I love to cook, but baking is my thing. I just feel like whenever I think about making something, its either too easy, or not good for me.
Any help would be appreciated :) Thank you!

I think Baked Ziti is pretty easy and it's always a hit...get some bread, meatballs & your set. It's easy.

how about chicken and steak fajitas? all you do is grill/saute the meat and veggies with some seasoning and then put all the condiments out (sour cream, guac, salsa, etc). then you could make some yellow rice or something on the side!

That is a great idea, since most of his friends are 'manly' men, I don't know how much braised short ribs and shrimp linguine may sound to them lol
I will deffinitely think about doing this :) Thank you girls!
