so we watched the notebook and ray the other night...

ray...well, what a jerk! i can't believe he was like that! i'm glad he cleaned up but i was not expecting to see that! still love him though.

as for the notebook...well... dh and i were both bawling at the end. i looooove that movie. ryan gosling was so perfect and i looooove james garner. wow.

I saw both a couple of weeks ago as well.

Cried my eyes out on both.

I hope he wins for best actor.

We watched Ray last night and I thought Jamie Foxx was amazing, but actually wasn't entirely crazy about the movie (if that makes sense). I was prepared for the fact he wasn't a 'saint' and that whole part of it, but I dunno .. the story could have been structured a bit better I thought. DH and I were kind of bored at parts (or maybe we were just tired)

Million Dollar Baby still has my vote for Best Picture, now THAT was an amazing movie!!

And DH wouldn't let me rent Notebook the other night
