So far, I've booked: 1) Church 2) Venue (reception) 3) Photographer/Videographer 4) Photo booth 5) DJ 6) Florist 7) Bought my dress, veil, & wedding jewelry 8) Bridesmaid dresses 9) My mom got her dress 10) We started getting some of our bridesmaid & groomsmen gifts 11) wedding shoes 12) booked part of our honeymoon 13) Limos 14) Hotel room block

So what are your checks?
I haven't booked that much yet and I'm getting married before you LOL. So far, I've only booked/picked/done:
1) Venue (ceremony & reception) 2) DJ 3) Photographer 4) Photobooth (donated from a friend) 5) Cake 6) STDs (sent already) 7) Favors 8) Hotel block 9) Registry 10) Flower girl dress 11) Officiant 12) Wedding songs and play lists
We have no dresses, veil, flower girl basket, shoes or jewelry at all, and still need hair/makeup, video, invitations, programs, table #'s, flowers, limo, tuxes or BP gifts...and I'm still in the process of writing the ceremony. WOW, I have a lot to do this summer! Haha

Things I've booked so far:
-Church -Reception -Photographer/Videographer -Photo booth -DJ -Florist -Limo -Bought my dress and veil -Wedding shoes -Honeymoon -Bought flip flops for a basket, but still need to put together -Bought bubbles for the ceremony -Printed/Cut my own invites, and bought the pocketfolds for them. Just need to assemble them all, get envelopes and address them when it gets closer. -Booked Makeup
We are doing bridesmaid dresses in August, my mom and my FMIL will get their dresses probably in the Fall, we are going to go bridesmaid/groomsmen gifts around Christmas when they have alot of sales going on at the outlets, and I still have to book my hair for the wedding day.
We fall on a holiday weekend, and I was so surprised how many venues, Djs, etc. were booked almost 1.5 years out from my date, so we booked alot early. Now that I am starting to think about hair, 2 people I e-mailed are already booked on my date (FML). So hopefully I have that booked shortly :)

So far, we've checked off: 1. Church 2. Reception Hall 3. Band & cocktail hour music 4. Photographer 5. Videographer 6. Ordered my dress 7. My mom and grandma ordered/got their dresses 8. We registered 9. Hotel block 10. Picked out STD's just waiting for 1 year mark so that the hotel block is officially loaded onto the website and can be accessed 11. Personalized napkins for cocktail hour and reception; personalized matchbooks and apothecary jars for entrance table
ETA: On my to-do list for the near future is definitely flowers, limos, and makeup and hair trials.

So what are your checks?
In about a month and a half, I've booked the
1) venue for ceremony and reception 2) DJ- ceremony music is included 3) to cut down on cost, we're having 2 photographers.. i've already 'booked' one (his very soon to be wife is a bridesmaid so he's doing it for free) and just waiting for the contract for the other to come in the mail 4) bought my dress 5) ordered my save the dates 6) bought all of the supplies I need for DIY decorations including guest book, place cards, and card box 7) got all of my bridesmaid gifts 8) made our website 9) registered 10) picked out invitations 11) hotel block 12) hair/makeup
We aren't having limos, a videographer, or honeymoon so I guess those are checks too?

Venue(possible ceremony same place, if not I just need a beach permit) DJ/Photobooth Possibly Cupcakes. Going with mom for dresses tomorrow! Started pricing Limos/Coach Buses ( I live in a 'party town' apparently they all book busses for events), Photo and Video

Next on my list is the BM dresses and my dress! Still not sure if I'm having centerpieces, the ones provided by my hall are really nice and I don't see the point in spending all that money on something that will be dead the next day.

Wow I'm way behind. We only got engaged on March 30th, and work is keeping us both busy. So far we've only done:
So far... -Reception hall -Booked the chapel -Asked the bridal party -DJ -Photo/video -My dress -some bridal party gifts
Soon to complete: -limos (I work for a company) -officiant -florist -ceremony/cocktail musician (a family friend) -more bridal party gifts -hotel block (I work in a hotel) -bridesmaids dresses -booking honeymoon -buying wedding bands -engagement photos (a little late!) -picking out and ordering STD's -and I must start getting some decorations together like center pieces, channa plaque, and creating templates for my programs/menus
So far, we've got the following checks: 1) Reception Hall 2) Church 3) Band 4) Photographer/Videographer 5) Limo 6) Hair/Makeup 7) Dress 8) One hotel block (still need one more) 9) Rehearsal dinner 10) STDs are in, just need to mail them
Next week, we're meeting with FBIL's friend, who is a florist. I've also bought the ring pillow/flower basket and table numbers/bathroom basket signs.
