and can you PLEASE proof it? I don't know what is supposed to be capitilzed and what isn't; it came to me all upper case so this is rough.

Wow, it's pretty close to the menu I'm choosing at Land's End. Did you try that Lobster and Shrip Crepe dish? Just wondering how it is b/c we are thinking of going with the salmon.

i got to try it about 2 years ago and it was excellent. such a different spin as a seafood choice

I love the Menu!!!!

I did try to look up rules on menu capitalization and all I found is only Proper Names of items should be capitalized..

example of italian restaurant

here's a link to an online menu of a nice Italian restaurant.
So items like mozzarella and asparagus wouldn't be capitalized, but if you had something like 'Porterhouse steak' that would be...

yummersss, looks good! the only thing thats throwing me off is the capitalization, like for Herbal Tea, or Cordials, i wouldnt think they need to be capitalized, could be wrong though

ITA - those things probably don't need to be capitalized. Either way, it's gorgeous!
