I totally forgot about the show, I didn't even know it was still on. Just weird, and I was curious because it seemed like she all of a sudden appeared on a countdown in top 5. My morning ritual involves VH1 Top 20 countdown and my cup of joe! LOL

so cheesy! Although I feel kind of bad for her cause on the one show I saw her parents seem to put ALOT of pressure on her being skinny and becoming a pop star.

You're not missing anything. She can't really sing well and she's only worked with Scott Storch (gross) because her dad would kick his azz if she didn't get studio time with him.

Ok, I had to read this thread in order to figure out who Brooke Hogan even is!! It's sad that they use the show to promote her career. It's sad that they even have a show, does anyone really care??
People are prob just curious right now, she's not going anywhere.

I do remember a previous attempt she made at stardom, however, where she refused to use the last name Hogan. It's pretty clear to me that the reason for the reality show was to help Brooke's career, or that's my guess at any rate.

She's clearly not going anywhere, and the fact that she even has a 'hit' record just shows the sad state of affairs of music, you don't even need talent anymore.
And I saw the video and she doesn't even smile, she keeps having this sort of pissy, deer in headlights look about her.

I'm happy for her. If you watch 'Hogan Knows Best' it is quite clear that she has worked really really hard to make something of herself. Yes, her Father's name obviously made it easier for her to get where she is, but I feel that she is passionate about doing something with her life. She is young and she seems like a sweet girl, so I'm glad she is making some progress.
