dress places should I make appointments with in Long Island? I need to look at some more dresses before I make a decision. I want to go this Saturday. TIA!!!!

I had a fabulous experience at the Wedding Salon in Manhasset. I hit so much traffic driving out from the city that I was 35 minutes late and super stressed. But they were sooooo nice at calming me down. And the store is really pretty.

Bridal Reflections had some really nice dresses. I just went there about 2 weeks ago.

i second wedding salon of manhasset... they opened the store for my mom on a day they were closed so she could see the one i had decided on!! Thats where i ordered from they are amazing there!

i second wedding salon of manhasset... they opened the store for my mom on a day they were closed so she could see the one i had decided on!! Thats where i ordered from they are amazing there!
I agree with you girls. I have had such a great experience with them. I am going back today to check out bridesmaid dresses.

I didn't use a salon (Running of the Brides) but Village Bridal in Babylon was one of the sponsors at our PTA Fashion Show last night.
Since my mom already ordered her dress (Angel Bridal in East Islip, very good) I may take my FMIL to Village because everyone who was 'dressed' there had a fantastic experience. I just figure if they really took the time and had exceptional customer service for a fundraiser, imagine what they would do for a real wedding!?!

I went to Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and had Nicole as my sales associate. She seriously was THE BEST. So nice, knew exactly what I needed, and she really helped me out with the price!
I can't wait to go back and see my dress again!

I didn't have any good experiences on Long Island (I DON'T recommend Iman Bridal), but I did go to Bridal Reflections in the city and it was amazing, so I would totally recommend going to the locations in Long Island.

My thoughts: LovED LOVED LOVED Wedding Salon of Manhasset (where I got my dress). Lillette's was great too. Village Bridal in Babylon was so-so.

Village Bridal was awesome (and the only place that let me take pics- they spoiled me!) but I ordered from Paradise because Village didn't have the designer I decided on. I really like Paradise, too and they have a huge selection!
