I am obsessed with fake lashes and wear them a lot so i am definitely wearing them for the wedding. I just had a trial with Oksana and she used a strip which I am comfortable with then added individual to get the extra drama.. I loved them!

Re: So who's not
I'm not sure if I'm going to wear them or not. I've never worn them before even though my lashes are kinda short. I think I'm going to decide when I get a makeup trial done. I can see how they feel and how I look.

I'm getting eyelash extensions (the kind that lasts 2-3 weeks). I've had them before and you don't feel a thing and they look so good and natural! They glue one lash at a time to your own and you 'shed' them when your own lash falls out.
I'm getting them since I have such itty lashes and I love the full lash look. If that's not a big concern for you, I wouldn't get them just because. You want to be comfortable!
I'm thinking about doing this too. I've never done it before. I've seen it were it looks good and when it looks bad, so I'd like to find a good place of course Where are you getting this done? Thanks.

I've only gotten them done at Ebenezer lashes in the city but they are pretty expensive - $120-150 if I remember right for the initialapplication (depends on the length and fullness you want).
After that it's $50 every two weeks to fill them in. I couldn't justify $100 a month on lashes after a while so I gave them up!
They are soooo awesome though since for two weeks you don't have to wear mascara and you look bright eyed first thing in the morning! I had them for vacation and they stayed on even well at the beach etc.
I think if you find a place outside of NYC they might be cheaper...I'm going to test out some places before I get them again for the wedding
i'm definitely doing them. i've worn them a couple of times and they change everythinggggg.
but its totally fine if you dont want them. whatever you feel comfortable in!

Re: So who's not
Ok so I've never wore fake lashes as I have long lashes already, but I am like OCD with my lashes. I spent the most amount of time putting mascara on and making sure the lashes are perfect.
I did the individual lashes for one trial and I couldn't even feel them, but I felt like you couldn't see them. I had this trial before my epics and I was so upset that my lashes weren't long! My normal everyday mascara routine would have looked better.
I had another trial with the strip of lashes. I will admit that they are uncomfortable, and by the end of the night I couldnt wait to get them off...but they did look amazing. I'm all for pain for beauty...just ask my million pairs of ultra high heels!
I'm def doing lashes, and if I don't then I'm doing my own mascara
