In the 12 years that I have been working in the industry that I am in I have NEVER had a snow day, so I'll be dragging my butt in tomorrow too :(

Well...my manager told me at my shower today that since I at one of the 4 that live the furthest that I need to call her first thing in the morning to see if we are coming in or not. I am hoping that we are NOT! Anyone who IS going to work, please, please be safe!!! It's starting to look like it will be pretty bad out there in the morning.....

My office never closes....my boss is a workaholic so he'd never shut down. If we're lucky, maybe he'll let us go by like 3, but probably not, since our client base is national, so they'll still be calling in. BAH! Luckily I work 10-15 minutes from home, but my car is awful in snow, so I'm not looking forward to this.

as of 11am this morning, my boss is 'playing it by ear'...but i was told that if i dont feel safe driving to work tomorrow, i would probably not get docked for the day (thats what im praying is the case cause i have driving-in-the-snowphobia)

I work 38 miles away!!!! Plus a bitty Mazda3.. So I'm terrified about tomorrow... I can't take anymore days because i took so many already this year because of my mom.. I have to drop my kids off in the morning too!1 So I'm praying they clear the roads good.

Ughhh I work at a school for developmentally disabled adults and I just got a call that we're closed for the individuals but not for staff... which basically means they force us to use our vacation days OR just show up at an empty building.

I've only been at my job for like 6 months, meaning I started in August, so I have no IDEA how snowdays work, I'll text my boss tomorrow and see what she wants me to do, I like like 12 miles away and if theres 14 inches of snow, I DOUBT anyone is going to go to the doctor!
