today, after work, I went to my chiropractor, who I always use anyway, Durlan Castro but today
HE FIXED MY SINUSES!! I am not kidding, I always brag to people that he has magic hands lol
but he did some kind of rubbing, massaging my forehead and cheeks and as he was doing it I could breathe better already and shortly after I left my headache was gone, had a pounding one for two days from sinuses, anyway, he is one of a few dr's in NY who use A.R.T. it is some kind of massage, active release that injuries, of all kinds, especially sports get help w/
so if you or your FI need a good chiropractor
