you may have noticed i was having a slight meltdown over getting our families together. I appreciate your input and advice. It really helped.
I spoke to 2 of my cousins and one of Anthony's as well as my best friend and we all agreed that it doesn't matter what any of my snotty relatives think or say.
I love Anthony's family and I'm fiercely loyal to them. My cousins felt I was selling my own family short and they'd be fine. They were really excited to meet Anthony;'s family. I mean...it's been 8 years. We're just really into our little bubble we live in lol.
Plus..my best friend promised to make my Mom behave lol. Whew.
I've decided to have a BBQ with just my parents, my Mom's best friend and her daughter and Linda and maybe some other friends w Anthony's family as a break the ice event. The other family members will just be at the wedding I think..maybe the engagement party if I'm forced to have one.
