So yesterday...
FH, myself and our families visited our first 2 RH's.
We went to Glen Island first and absolutely loved it there. It really had everything we were looking for. We met with Rocco and he really made us feel at home and answered many of our questions before we even asked them. I liked the larger ballroom (which holds 400 people but doesn't have windows), whereas everyone else liked the smaller ballroom (holds 250) and has windows overlooking the sound. I didn't have anything against the smaller room but I feel like we'll be cutting it close since we have over 300 on the guestlist. We went over the menu and options and they really have a lot to offer! It's definitely at the top of our list so far (but we've only seen two).
We also went to Tappan Hill but as soon as we pulled up, I knew it wasn't the place for us. It's funny how it works because we were there for 25minutes and we were at Glen Island for an hour and a half.
