Well I am registered at BBB, Fortunoffs and Macys- all my fine china & glassware is at Fortunoffs & well no one has bought anything off that registry yet- if I put my china & glasses at BBB- I have to change what I want since they dont carry the Waterford glasses I want
any thoughts?

my mom thought maybe I should put some of the fine china/crystal on the bbb registry and then return it to bbb after the shower, get the cash and buy it off my fortunoff registries

I am kind of in the same boat. So my FMIL ruined the surprise so I know the shower is Sat. Well out of the 80 items on my Target Reg. (which is the things I really want and need) only 5 things have been bought. The Macy's and BBB Reg have some things bought but not Target!!!!!!!! They have two days and nothing is moving. Don't stress! (so everyone keeps telling me!)

Heather (angl2001) told me that if you ask for cash, they will probably give it to you. Otherwise, you get store credit. BUT, they may change the policy completely. As of now, they will give it to you if you ask.

OMG I'm in the same exact boat. Everythings disappearing off my BBB registry and nothing has been bought off my Bloomingdales registry since my engagement party last year. I got really upset about it because my luggage and fine china is on the Bloomingdales registry. I said something about it to my stepmother and she was like 'well Bloomingdales is so expensive' but I have some $5 items on there so that theory doesnt hold water. UGH I'll keep my fingers crossed for us.

OMG UPDATE****** I just checked again and my Swarovski Crystal toasting flutes were bought off bloomingdales, I just started to cry. I'm pretty sure its a gift from my bridesmaids but at least I'll have them for the big day.
