She should just send her resume to as many districts as possible. School SW jobs are VERY hard to come by. I have several friends that work in the school, I'll ask around. I would def. recommend her getting out of not-for-profit, no money.

I too am a SW looking to get into a district. I currently work in a non-for-profit private school ! AHH the pay stinks
I'll keep my eyes and ears out for the both of us !

I'm a SW and I went from a non-profit to a college in disability services due to the terrible pay! Good luck to your friend. District jobs are the hardest to get!
