Hi all-
As I posted a while ago, a friend is giving my FH and I his timeshare week for our honeymoon, and we are strongly considering Aruba (in December). I am hoping that some of you may know about any of the following resorts - either through your own experience or someone else's. ANY help you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated, as always...
1. Casa del Mar
2. Playa Linda
3. Costa Linda
4. Aruba beach club

Costa Linda has a great beach. Playa Linda is on the strip with the hotels, and may be better for you to meet more honeymooners. Can't say as I have been inside any of their units. Could I recommend Paradise Beach Villas? My mom has a timeshare there (she is there right now, actually) and it is beautiful. I highly recommend Aruba. Very pretty and on the strip, so you can walk around the hotels, casinos, to restaurants. Playa Linda does not have a whole host of activities, but there is so much surrounding! I believe Costa Linda's beach is across the street from the resort - it's really pretty there, but Playa Linda is the best for location and beach. Atleast that's what we think.
We go to the Costa Linda every December. It is the sister time share of the Playa Linda. The Costa Linda is so beautiful and has a nice wide beach. It is pretty secluded from the other hotels which is good if that is what you are looking for. But I would highly recommend renting a car, it will be easier to get around the island and get to the restaurants at night. Good Luck
