Some Encouragement . . .

Hi . . You may remember a few months ago my dilemma. I was on the verge of committing myself into a mental institution because my dress would not fit. . .

Well, I am pleased to announce that 3 months and with 15 pounds gone . . .my dress fits! It's a little tight still . . .but the dress is now FIXABLE.

I am sharing this so that someone else can get a little inspiration. If I can do it - - -ANYONE can!

Thanks ladies! I was so happy . . . I let out a HUGE scream and scared everybody in the building.

I read so many stories of so many brides who are down because of their respective struggle with this weight loss thing.

I DON'T WANT ANYBODY TO BE DOWN ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!

The encouragement and motivation found right here in this leg of LIW honestly helped me through.

I'm still going to continue to lose weight. Mainly because I want to do this for myself. I've been wanting to lose 40 pounds for about 7 years now . . .and NOTHING seemed to work.

I'm in radio wanting to make the transition to TV . . . and as you may or may not know, Hollywood isn't kind to the people who are a bit on the fluffy side.

I definately will continue!

it's the bathing suit for HM area that i'm freakin' about. these thighs were not meant for a swimsuit!!!!
